SEATTLE — The driver of an Amazon Fresh delivery truck will be ticketed after crashing into a building in downtown Seattle Thursday morning.

State patrol troopers said the driver was going too fast for the rainy conditions when coming off the southbound Interstate 5 ramp at Seventh Avenue and Union Street.

The truck slammed into the doors of the ACT Theatre, smashing glass and damaging part of the building.
The front end of the truck is smashed in, but there were no injuries reported.
The truck has been pulled back from the building, where workers are cleaning up glass and assessing the damage.
