Amazon is in talks with professional sports leagues about streaming live games, according to The Wall Street Journal.
The e-commerce giant has floated the idea of creating an exclusive premium sports package available with its Amazon Prime program.

The Wall Street Journal reports Amazon is exploring with the NBA, MLB, and NFL for rights to carry live games.
Amazon has the firepower and willingness to bid for top-tier, exclusive sports rights when they become available, people familiar with its thinking told The Wall Street Journal.
