The new average home prices in Seattle has set a new record.
According to The Seattle Times, the median home value rose again to $666,000 in Seattle.
The new numbers from the Northwest Multiple Listing Service came out on Wednesday.
In 2011, when the market bottomed out, it was $300,000 cheaper. Prices are up 74 percent in just five years.
Home prices are up 15 percent from a year ago.
Outside Seattle: Pierce and Kitsap counties both saw double-digit growth.
