A car fire slowed traffic on northbound Interstate 5 near Northgate on Monday afternoon.
The scene cleared shortly before 2 p.m.
Update 1:01 PM : On the I-5 northbound off-ramp to NE 130th St there is a disabled vehicle blocking the ramp.
