"Someone in Whatcom County went to Kmart and bought thousands and thousands of dollars of gift cards and gave them to the cashiers to hand out to everyone who has a purchase over $50," Moore writes. "They are literally giving it all away for Christmas."

In the video Moore shares, he narrates his surprise about the generous gift from a stranger and offers to pay it forward to the person in line behind him.

“I do not know who you are responsible for causing such an effect but I literally just watch(ed) 4 different families burst out into happy tears,” Moore writes.

In closing, Moore wishes the public Whatcom County Facebook group a Merry Christmas.

“I’m feeling touched!!!” Moore shares.
