LYNNWOOD, Wash. — A woman riding in a wheelchair was struck and seriously injured by a car Saturday afternoon in Lynnwood.
Lynnwood police said a driver hit a 51-year-old woman as she was crossing the sidewalk in front of a drive-through, where the man was exiting, in the 4100 block of 196th Street Southwest.
The woman was taken to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle with serious injuries.
No other injuries were reported.
The collision remains under investigation.
