Police are investigating after the body of a 51-year-old man was found Saturday near a tent in Rainier Valley. The tent was located in a wooded area in the 8400 block of Rainier Avenue South.
Officers located the body after being called to the scene, and the King County Medical Examiner's Office was brought in.
Police believe that the man had been deceased for at least a week and are investigating the cause and manner of death.
