LACEY, Wash. — Authorities are continuing their investigation after a semi truck crash on Interstate 5 in Lacey Tuesday night.
Two people were killed in the collision, police said.
Troopers said three people were taken to a hospital with injuries. Twelve vehicles, including two semi trucks, were involved in the crash.

All northbound lanes at Marvin Road were blocked due to the crash. All lanes reopened at 5 a.m. Wednesday.

Lacey Fire says that a crew set up triage and treatment on scene. Three people had injuries.
KIRO 7 Chopper video showed a white vehicle crumpled next to the jack-knifed semi. A few feet away a silver car also had damage.
The crash happened on likely wet roads after a full day of showery weather in Western Washington.
Another semi crashed on Interstate 5 in Everett just before the incident in Lacey.
