An hours-long standoff ended with an arrest in Skyway on Thursday morning.
The situation started when medics went to the house for a reported overdose around 2 a.m. in the area of South 120 Place and 70 Avenue South, according to a King County spokesperson.
When the medics went inside, a man pointed what looked like a gun at them.
A SWAT team arrived at the home, where negotiations were underway for hours with some flash bangs deployed.
The man finally came outside when gas was sent into the house. He was taken into custody.
