SEATTLE — Crews are investigating after a small brush fire on the garden floor of a downtown Seattle high rise on Monday night.
The fire happened on the top of the Seattle Art Museum.
Fire officials said a tree and some nearby grass had burned and it was caused by improperly discarded smoking materials.
Traffic officials had to shut down First Avenue and Second Avenue from Pike Street to University Street as crews worked on the fire.
Traffic later reopened.
