SNOHOMISH COUNTY, Wash. — Two thieves stole a Boeing employee’s truck while he was working in Everett and then used it to break into a gas station and steal an ATM.
The thieves put stolen plates on the red Chevrolet Silverado before stealing it from the Boeing parking lot. A few hours later and a short distance away, it was used to crash into the Silver Lake Shell on 128th St. SW in Snohomish County.
Surveillance video shows the truck back up to the store and then slam into the glass front doors, shattering them. Two people then get out, run into the store, drag an ATM out and load it into the back of the truck before speeding away.
The owner of the gas station said the thieves caused more than $10,000 in damages.
