SEATTLE — A new building planned in Belltown will have 68 condominiums, 88 hotel rooms, but only three parking spots.
Currently, there's a one-story office at Fifth Avenue and Blanchard Street.
Architects have designs for a 17-story building, but the site is so small, there's not room for parking.
Instead, they're planning a mechanical parking system that would lower and raise cars into stalls in a basement.
