Motorcyclist struck in Everett hit-and-run

EVERETT, Wash. — A motorcyclist has been struck by a hit-and-run driver in Everett.

It happened shortly after noon Tuesday at the Park & Ride at 1225 112th Street Southeast.

The impact caused the motorcycle and its male rider to crash to the ground.

The motorcyclist was taken to Harborview Medical Center.

Officers are looking for the hit-and-run driver. Anyone with information is asked to call 911.

Traffic in the area, which is over I-5, is congested and police ask drivers to avoid the area.
