MARYSVILLE, Wash. — The Washington State Patrol said a man was hit by a car in Marysville on Friday morning.
It happened before 7:30 a.m. near Fourth Street and an on-ramp to Interstate 5.
State troopers said the man was walking on the on-ramp when he was hit.
State Patrol is looking for a white, full-sized Dodge pickup that left the scene and was seen pulling over multiple times on southbound Interstate 5.
No license plate information has been made available.
The man hit has serious injuries, but they are not life-threatening.
The right lane of the on-ramp from I-5 was closed for some time as the State Patrol investigated.
Anyone with information on the hit-and-run is asked to call 911.
