FEDERAL WAY, Wash. — An overturned vacuum truck has blocked all lanes of westbound SR 18 in Federal Way for hours Thursday.
The crash occurred just west of Interstate 5 shortly after 10 a.m.
The truck was pulled upright by 12:30 p.m., but all westbound lanes and ramps from I-5 remain blocked.
Drivers stuck on ramps were backing up and entering Interstate 5 via the gorepoint.
WSDOT says I-5 drivers should use alternate routes.
