"It's the simple things," Candace Payne says at the end of a video she posted to Facebook Live Thursday.
In the three-minute video, Payne explains a recent trip to Kohl's during which she returned clothing, only to buy another item instead.
That item? A talking Chewbacca mask.
"I'd like to say that I bought this for my son, who would really really want it," she said. "He'll probably take it from me. However, this is mine. When it's said and done, at the end of the day, this is mine that I bought and I'm going to keep it for my own."
Payne proceeds to open a box marked with the "Star Wars" logo -- and after much time struggling with the box -- she lifts the mask out of the package.
For almost two minutes Payne looks at the camera with the mask on her face, laughing uncontrollably. She even suggests driving around with the mask on.
It's the simple joys in life....

The video has been viewed more than 100 million times on Facebook. It has gotten more views than any other video streamed on Facebook Live.
Listening to other people watching the "laughing Chewbacca mask lady" video over a conference call is the best way to experience that video.

"Everyone should have a mask like this and a mirror," Payne wrote in the video's comment section. "The most joyful wookie ever!!!!"
The retail store even shared a message about Payne's experience in their store's parking lot.
Can we all agree that this reaction to a Chewbacca mask is everything? pic.twitter.com/r7xKJbCcl2

The next day, a proud parent shared a photo of her son wearing the same mask on Twitter.
