WHEAT RIDGE, Co. — A Colorado woman has been issued a summons after a video showing her allegedly dumping garbage in the parking lot of a liquor store went viral.
A spokesman for the Wheat Ridge Police Department said they have identified the woman and issued her a summons, but that it hasn't stopped the video from making the rounds online.
The video was published on the Woodland Park Underground Facebook page on Dec. 10, and claims to show the woman littering in the parking lot of an Applejack Wine and Spirits.
