You might want to hold off on updating your Apple device if you haven't done it already.
Apple released iOS 9.3 last week and there have been reports that it causes older iPhones and iPads to freeze completely, CNN reported.
The company has not acknowledged the problem, but support forums say Apple is aware of the issue and is working on a fix.
Apples Support's Twitter account has been an outlet for frustrated Apple owners, and the account has offered a way to get devices to function again.

It appeared Monday that iOS9.3 had been updated to work on older iPhones and iPads so they don't freeze at the Activation Lock screen, but the crashed links were not addressed, 9to5 Mac reported.
