7 things to do this weekend: April 26 - 28

1) Pets in the park: Walk'n Wag at Lake Sammamish — Saturday. Take your dog for a walk in the park at the fourth annual Walk 'n Wag: canine-inspired walk-a-thon! Pet-friendly vendors will be present before or after your 3K trail walk. Live music, obedience training classes and a pet-friendly beer garden will also be available, as well as dog costume contests! 2) Night of rock music legends: Seattle Women's Chorus - Legends of Rock. Sunday. It's a night of unforgettable female rock legends, including Patti Smith, Alanis Morissette and Tina Turner. The Seattle Women's Chorus, plus special guests Sarah Rudinoff, featuring Ayesha "Musicbox" Brooks and The Supertonics, will be performing all the hits inside Benaroya Hall. 3) Cultural celebration: Traditional Mimouna-A Moraccan Jewish Celebration, Bellevue — Saturday. Break Passover the Moroccan way with traditional Moroccan food, customs and music. 4) Family fun run/walk: March for Babies, Everett — Saturday. Join the celebration of babies born healthy and honor little ones lost or who survived long stays in the NICU. 5) Nighttime laugh: XLR Comedy Standup Showcase, Seattle — Saturday. A night of fun, food, and comedy act after comedy act. 6) Fun day: Mended Little Heart Goes Wild at the Zoo, Woodland Park Zoo — Kids and their family living with congenital heart defects (CHD) are welcomed to join the free event at the Woodland Park Zoo. A bring-your-own-picnic event will also be held on the grass near North Meadow for families at 12:30 p.m. Follow this link for details.

7)  Hidden treasure: Atlas Obscura Society Seattle: Exploring the Hidden Histories of Georgetown — Saturday. Explore the namesake of Georgetown, Washington, and famous sites with field agent Lara Hallock. The tour lasts approximately 1 1/2 hours and walks around 1 1/2miles through local arts and nightlife destinations. Follow this link for details.
