Former Seahawk Cliff Avril and other Seahawks legends took several kids on a Christmas shopping spree.
Twenty children were given $250, dinner and transportation before they went shopping.
"It's fun to see a smile on a kid's face," Avril said. "Them trying to pick and choose what gifts they wanted to get. But more so than anything, I think the cool part was they had to get something else for someone else in their family."
Avril, along with several Seahawks legends, their wives and other community leaders were partnered with a child to shop.
The Cliff Avril Family Foundation helped put on the event.
.@cliffavril even brought along a few other @Seahawks legends who were paired up with kids — One rule: Don’t just buy something for yourself. Get a present for someone else too.

"I think it’s great to give back,” Avril said. “I think some of these kids inspire to do so many different things. When they get to whatever success looks like for them, to give back as well”
The Cliff Avril Family Foundation mission is to serve the educational and health needs of youth locally and abroad.
