Seattle-based Zillow took a look at some of the most expensive streets in and around Seattle.
This analysis was inspired by Zillow Talk: The New Rules of Real Estate, which found that homes on streets with descriptive names tend to be more valuable.
In the top three streets: Laurelcrest Lane in Seattle's Laurelhurst neighborhood.
At number one with a home value of $6.1 million is Hunts Points Road in Medina where neighbors reportedly include Pete Carroll and Steve Ballmer.
