SHELTON, Wash. — A missing 39-year-old Mason County woman has been found.
Authorities said Christina Baca, who is also known as Christina M. Skaggs, was last seen Saturday walking away from a vehicle her 58-year-old husband, Edward Baca, was driving.
The two were in the area of North Fairway Drive and State Route 119, which is in the Hoodsport area of Mason County.
Edward Baca told authorities his wife walked to the area of the Hoodsport Trail Head and about 45 minutes later, she called him on her cellphone and said she was going to walk home.
On Sunday morning, Edward Baca reported his wife did not return home and she has done this in the past. He also informed authorities that Christina Baca is suffering from bipolar disorder and had been drinking alcohol Saturday afternoon.
On Monday, the woman was reported to have returned home on her own.
