House fire in Renton quickly extinguished

RENTON, Wash. — A house fire in Renton was quickly extinguished on Thursday afternoon.

The two homeowners were out walking their dog, when they returned to see smoke coming from a second floor window.

A total of three residents and one dog have been displaced.

The fire occurred at a home along SE 195th Street.

Firefighters reported no injuries.

Most of the damage was confined to the upper level of the home.

A cause has yet to be determined. Damage is estimated at $110,000.
