Lake Stevens officer resigns amid stalking allegations

LAKE STEVENS, Wash. — A Lake Stevens Police officer suddenly resigned after being accused of stalking an ex-girlfriend.

The woman recently got a protection order against 33-year-old Andrew Thor.

She said she first knew him as Drew Kidd, a man who claimed to be single, an undercover CIA assassin and a Special Forces operator.

But she said when she found out the truth, their relationship unraveled, especially after he pulled out two guns.

“He just sat there on the bed and just pushed the bullets out slowly, one at a time, and just watched me as he did this,” said the victim, who declined to be identified.

Thor is a married father of two.

His former girlfriend said she is sending out a warning because she thinks other women have been duped the same way.
