SKAGIT COUNTY, Wash. — One person was killed and three others were injured in a two-car collision in Mount Vernon Friday night.
Washington State Patrol troopers were called to the scene at Young Road and Best Road around 11 p.m.
A 16-year-old was reportedly driving eastbound when she ran a stop sign and rammed into a pickup truck.
Upon impact, her car flipped and two people were then trapped underneath.
One person inside of that car was killed and another was airlifted to a local hospital. Two other people involved in the crash were taken to Skagit Valley Hospital for injuries.
