TACOMA, Wash. — One person died after a fire at a Tacoma home Thursday evening.
At about 11 p.m., crews responded to a report of a fire in the 9400 block of East E Street.
When crews arrived, smoke was coming out of the home.
Fire investigators said after a search of the home, firefighters found the body of an adult inside.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
