10 arrested in Port of Seattle protest

SEATTLE — Ten people were arrested and others protesting at the entrance to the Port of Seattle were ordered to leave.

The protesters were blocking the entrance.

Chopper 7 flew over the protest earlier this afternoon.

A group of Palestinian supporters organized the demonstration in hopes of stopping cargo from being taken off an Israeli company’s ship that docked.

The ship is carrying cargo from Asia, including medical and personal protective equipment.
