SOUTH SEATTLE, Wash. — Two teenagers were injured in a drive-by shooting in the Rainier View neighborhood early Saturday, police said.
Police went to a fire station in the 9600 block of Renton Avenue South around 12:45 a.m. after two people drove there for assistance after being shot.
A third person in the car told police that the two 19-year-old victims had been sitting in the car when they were hit by gunfire from a passing car in the 6500 block of South Ryan Street.
The teenagers were taken to Harborview Medical Center for treatment.
Gang unit detectives are investigating.
