CHELAN COUNTY, Wash. — Three people have died in a crash involving three vehicles Friday night on State Route 97, troopers said.
The crash happened after 7 p.m., just 14 miles north of Blewett Pass.
Authorities said a suspected DUI driver who allegedly caused the crash was in critical condition and was taken to the hospital.
The driver is expected to be charged with three counts of vehicular homicide, troopers said.
The collision has caused all lanes of the highway to be blocked.
The crash is under investigation.
