3.4 magnitude earthquake hits near Fall City

FALL CITY, Wash. — A 3.4 earthquake hit near Fall City Wednesday evening, officials said.

Pacific Northwest Seismic Network reported that it happened at 7:10 p.m., and about 3.6 miles from Fall City.

The earthquake was originally reported as a 3.5 magnitude, but was later downgraded to a 3.4 magnitude.

Several people on KIRO 7′s Facebook page reported feeling the shake in Granite Falls, North Bend, Bothell, Issaquah Snoqualmie and Lynnwood.
