Alaska airlines announced early Thursday morning that tickets are now on sale for flights out of Everett's Paine Field.
Alaska will fly 18 nonstop departures daily to eight West Coast destinations: Las Vegas; Los Angeles; Orange County, California; Phoenix; Portland, Oregon; San Diego; San Francisco; and San Jose, California.
The first day of scheduled service is February 11, 2019.
The airline is offering a big promotion to get passengers to fly out of the new terminal -- a two-day sale with one-way fares as low as $39.
United Airlines will also have flights out of Paine Field, but has not released schedules and prices.
Southwest Airlines was also slated to have flights out of Paine Field, but pulled out, allowing Alaska to boost its number of daily flights out of Paine from 13 to 18.
KIRO 7 reported earlier this year that the new commercial terminal at Everett's Paine Field passed its latest regulatory hurdle, paving the way for passenger service to begin.
Construction for the $40 million facility just finished at the end of October.
