UPDATE, 11:19 p.m.: WSDOT officials said all lanes of southbound I-5 have reopened.
10:49 p.m.: All lanes of northbound I-5 have reopened.
6:45 p.m.: WSDOT officials said southbound I-5 will remain closed. Crews have temporarily reopened a portion of SB I-5 in order to let driver through. Once all drivers are through, crews will close southbound lanes again.
Drivers can take a detour around the crash scene through 93rd Avenue in Tumwater and State Route 121 in Maytown.
Crews will work late into the night to fully reopen the highway.
5:45 p.m.: All but one northbound lane were reopened, though traffic was moving slowly around the scene.
5:26 p.m.: Two fo the four semi trucks were removed and crews were pushing lumber out of the way.
4:47 p.m.: One northbound lane is back open. Southbound lanes are still blocked and drivers are advised to use the detour mapped below.
ORIGINAL TEXT: All lanes of Interstate 5 were blocked Monday afternoon about 12 miles south of Olympia after a crash involving multiple semi trucks.
