All lanes of westbound Interstate 90 were closed near North Bend on Monday afternoon after an incident involving a truck and a semi-trailer truck, according to the Washington State Patrol.
According to trooper Rick Johnson, the collision occurred near milepost 40 on westbound I-90.

Officials blocked all lanes of traffic to create a landing zone for a medical helicopter.
One patient was transported and their condition is unknown.
