KING COUNTY, Wash. — Have you wondered if your neighbors are getting the COVID-19 vaccine? A new tool launched by King County lets residents breaks down vaccination rates by zip code.

The map, managed by Public Health - Seattle & King County, also provides demographic data for each area.
President Joe Biden set a goal to vaccinate 70% of adults in America with at least one dose by July 4. King County has already reached this goal as of May 11, 69.9% of eligible residents have at least one dose. About 50% are fully vaccinated.

Zip codes on the Eastside and in Seattle had the highest vaccination rates, with south King County falling farther behind.
As of May 12, 98040 had the highest vaccination rate, which includes Mercer Island. The map shows that 88.8% of the population received at least one dose.

The zip code with the lowest vaccine rate is 98047, which includes Pacific. This area had a 46% vaccination rate.
