RENTON, Wash. — A man said he was beaten and robbed Sunday evening after returning to his car from an ATM.
It happened around 5:30 p.m. at the Wells Fargo on South Grady Way.
The man told KIRO 7 he had withdrawn a $100 and was walking back to the car when two men approached him.
He said the men attacked him and pulled out a knife and then took his wallet from his pants pocket.
“They go around my car. Two of them. I see one go over here and go that side. And I try to go in to pull my handle out and I took off because I don’t get stuck in car,” the victim said.
The man suffered cuts and bruises to his face.
Police are searching for the suspects.
