LACEY, Wash. — An autopsy Thursday revealed the identities of three victims killed in a quadruple shooting this week.
The three victims died of gunshot wounds, the Thurston County Coroner’s Office said.
A fourth victim was injured during the shooting. His identity has not been released. As of Wednesday, he was in stable condition and undergoing surgery.
According to the coroner’s office, Gerald M. Berkey, 36, Jackson L. Edens, 28, and Terron R. McGrath, 31, were murdered Wednesday in a travel trailer in a mobile home park near Lacey.
Berkley was from Elma, Washington. Edens and McGrath were from Olympia.
The mobile home park is located in the 500 block of Dutterow Road Southeast.
The Thurston County Sheriff’s Office said the fourth victim — a man — called 911 at 5:17 a.m. Wednesday saying his friends were dead.
The man told deputies that he was shot and unsure of his location.
"Our dispatch center was able to use his cellphone to determine the area he was in," Chief Deputy Dave Pearsall said. "Deputies showed up and found him in the driveway collapsed on the ground, obviously suffering from what appeared to be a gunshot wound to the abdomen area."
The man is being investigated for possible involvement in the shootings.
