Boeing 757 comes in to Sea-Tac with landing gear problems

SEATAC, Wash. — An American Airlines flight from Dallas /Fort Worth Airport made a tense but safe landing as it came in to Sea-Tac Airport with landing gear problems Monday morning.

Video from Chopper 7 showed the Boeing 757 as it touched down.  After flight 2167 landed, the pilot kept the aircraft’s nose slightly in the air, delaying the moment when the front landing gear touched down.

As the plane slowed, emergency crews headed to check out the plane, which made it to the terminal unassisted.

No injuries were reported.
