BREMERTON, Wash. — A car crash in Bremerton caused two power poles to go down, with one ending up on top of a car at a used car lot Monday morning.
It happened at SR 303/Wheaton Way. Police said the driver had a medical issue that caused the car to crash into the pole.
When the pole fell and pulled down power lines onto the road, it caused a second pole to fall down on top of a car.
As of about 11 a.m., Bremerton police said about a quarter-mile of the road, from Sylvan Way to Hollis, was expected to be closed for several hours.
