Car split in half in Kent crash

KENT, Wash. — A car was split in half following a crash on Thursday night in Kent.

The collision happened near Southeast 240th Place and 112th Avenue, just a few blocks from Clark Lake Park.

Witnesses told KIRO 7 that another car was being chasd by police.

The front half of a car remained in the street, while the back half was tossed into nearby grass.

It is not yet known how many people were involved in the violent crash or what led to it.

Police are investigating.
