Climate Pledge Arena, Kraken looking to fill hundreds of part-time positions

SEATTLE — Climate Pledge Arena and the Seattle Kraken are hosting an in-person hiring fair and looking for people to fill hundreds of part-time positions.

The job fair starts Thursday and will go on through Saturday at Fisher Pavilion at Seattle Center.

More than 1,800 positions are available and include:

• Guest Services

• Security

• Ice Crew

• Conversion Tech

• Electrician

• Engineer

• Ticketing

• Hospitality

• Kraken Community Iceplex

• Delaware North (Food and Beverage Employer/Provider)

• ABM (Housekeeping Employer/Provider)

• REEF (Parking Employer/Provider)

• BDA (Retail Employer/Provider)

Organizers said some of the perks for hired employees are positions starting at $20/hour, a free Orca card and downtown parking during events and meal perks.

Those who are interested are encouraged to RSVP and apply for positions ahead of time at climatepledgearena.com/jobs, as it will allow applicants to streamline the process and secure a time slot.

Here are the time slots for the 3-day hiring event:

Thursday — 12 p.m.-3 p.m., 3 p.m.-6 p.m. and 6 p.m.-9 p.m.

Friday — 10 a.m.-12 p.m., 12 p.m.-3 p.m., 3 p.m.-6 p.m. and 6 p.m.-9 p.m.

Saturday — 9 a.m.-12 p.m., 12 p.m.-3p.m. and 3 p.m.- 6 p.m.
