Climber rescued after falling on Guye Peak at Snoqualmie Pass

SNOQUALMIE PASS, Wash. — A hiker who fell while climbing Guye Peak on Snoqualmie Pass had to be rescued by helicopter.

On Sunday, crews from Eastside Fire & Rescue working with King County Sheriff’s Office Air Support, Snoqualmie Pass Fire & Rescue and the Seattle Mountain Rescue team worked together to help an injured hiker off Guye Peak.

Eastside Fire & Rescue had to request an airlift because of the location of the fall.
