WOODINVILLE, Wash. — Crews with Snohomish County Fire responded to a scrap metal fire on Tuesday.
Officials first tweeted about the fire at the Schnitzer Steel facility, near Woodinville, around 1:25 p.m.
The facility is in the 23000 block of 63rd Avenue – just southwest of Brightwater Park and the Brightwater Treatment Plant.
Around 1:45 p.m., officials said the fire was out and no injuries were reported.
63rd Avenue SE was closed during the response, but reopened to traffic around 2 p.m.
