Crystal Mountain Resort is changing its reservation system, now requiring a parking reservation to hit the slopes.
“We have always been transparent when communicating with our dedicated community of skiers and riders and will continue to be open and honest about the issues we face,” the resort said in a post on its website.

The resort said it has been working to address its most in-demand amenity, which is parking rather than lift tickets.
The parking reservations goes into effect Jan. 11 and will be required on Saturdays, Sundays and holiday Mondays.
It says this change will allow the resort to “maximize opportunities and capacity for our guests.”
