EVERETT, Wash. — The Everett Police Department says someone discovered a dead body this morning while walking near Silver Lake.
The community member called it in around 8:00 a.m.
The department says they don’t believe foul play is suspected.
The Snohomish County Medical Examiner’s Office has custody of the body and will determine the cause of death at a later date.
An identity has not been released, but police say the body belongs to a man.
This is an active investigation and no further details are available at this time.
