PIERCE COUNTY, Wash. — Deputies are investigating an apparent murder-suicide after a couple in their 70s was found dead Friday evening near Graham, the Pierce County Sheriff’s Department confirmed.
Deputies were called to a home located in the 345000 block of 40th Avenue East.
Investigators said the couple appear to have died from gunshot wounds, and deputies were investigating their deaths as a planned murder-suicide.
Authorities have not released any additional details surrounding the grim incident.
The investigation remains ongoing.
