A man was arrested after deputies say he carjacked a tow truck and led police on a pursuit in Burien on Tuesday evening.
Before 5:30 p.m., officers responded to a report of a man throwing rocks at businesses and cars, causing substantial damage, police said.
King County Sheriff's Office Sgt. Ryan Abbott told KIRO 7 the incident started in the parking lot of a business on Ambaum Boulevard Southwest.
The owner of Goodtime Ernie's bar said every vehicle that was in the lot --15 cars -- was damaged.

Officers tried to block him in the parking lot, but he rammed the tow truck into a detective's patrol car, causing the car attached to the tow truck to come off and roll into some bushes, police said.
The man then led officers on a high-speed chase, and the fleeing driver hit several other cars along Ambaum Boulevard and First Avenue South.
Deputies said a sergeant threw out a spike strip as the suspect -- driving in oncoming traffic -- passed the Criminal Justice Training Center near South 190th Street, crashed into another vehicle and came to a stop.
The driver, a 29-year-old man, was taken into custody and booked into the King County Jail. He faces several felony charges.
Deputies said the suspect is known to law enforcement and had been involved in several disturbances around Burien earlier in the day.
One person was taken to the hospital and that person is expected to be OK.
The pursuit was caught on dashcam video. Watch it below.
