KING COUNTY, Wash. — A King County Sheriff’s deputy has minor injuries after a driver rammed two patrol vehicles early Thursday.

At 4:15 a.m., a driver backed their SUV into a deputy’s patrol car during a traffic stop near South 116th Street and First Avenue South near White Center, according to a tweet from the sheriff’s office.

Deputies said the driver then rammed a second patrol vehicle — an SUV — as they fled.

The driver got away.

Deputies will continue to investigate.
