Lt. Jon VanGesen told KIRO 7 they don’t necessarily need help finding the man’s identity, but they do need people who recognize him to reach out.

“We’re looking for interactions with the individual, who they’re associated with, their behaviors, conversations that they had with people,” VanGesen said.

He said he could not talk about what the man was doing at the Silverdale Target on Jan. 15th, but he said this moment is evidence of the man's planning and forethought before the murders.

VanGesen said this man did not act alone.
