BREMERTON, Wash. — A 3.1 magnitude earthquake shook near Bremerton over the weekend.
The earthquake hit at 7:41 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 22, centered in the Glenwood area just south of Bremerton.

This is the third prominent quake we’ve seen in Western Washington since August.
On Aug. 8, an early-morning 3.9 magnitude earthquake hit near Fall City, and was followed by several aftershocks.
On Sunday Oct. 8, a 4.5 magnitude quake was recorded roughly two miles south of Marrowstone Island near Port Townsend.
