An Enumclaw man says he’s receiving thousands of dollars worth of other drivers’ parking tickets because of his vanity license plate.
Beau Chavassus' plate reads “N O,” which he said references his nonprofit studio Knok Studio.
He told KIRO Radio's Ron and Don Show that when someone receives a violation from a parking company in Seattle but doesn't have a readable license plate, the violation is marked with "NO."
Chavassus said he has the letter K on each side of his license plate frame.
He said the Department of Licensing wouldn’t allow him to have the vanity plate “KNOK.”
